Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between the Cambodian Neurological Association and Kalbe International Pte.,Ltd presided over by Professor Sim Sokchan, President of the Cambodian Neurological Association, and Mr. Marvin Lucky, CEO of Calbe International Pty Ltd., on the evening of Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel

The MoU signing was held for the following purposes:

  •  Promote training and sharing of experiences for neurologists through workshops, roundtables or other experience sharing
  •  Research and monitoring of new developments in neurological treatment techniques.
  • Increase mutual information and advice on the techniques and quality of treatment, especially on the use of pharmaceutical products with clear sources and proper studies, to help both parties achieve their common goal of the well-being of the Cambodian people.

Kalbe International Pty Ltd is proud to support the development of the healthcare sector in Cambodia and believes that this collaboration will contribute to improving the well-being of the Cambodian people.
