Product Specialist

Job Description
  Education
    Bachelor degree of any discipline ( Preferably in Pharmacy / Medical )
  Experience
    Minimum 5 years professional in Sales and Marketing experiences with at least 3
    years experiences as Sales Supervisor / Product Executive
    Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not necessary
  Knowledge / Skill
    Proven track record in achieving sales targets
    Performance management experience – coaching, mentoring/counseling, motivating, disciplining, delegating, etc
    Ability to present to high level executives
    Fluent English essential, ability to speak at least one other Asian language is desirable
    Sales Force Effectiveness Management skill is required (Segmentation & Targeting, Resources Allocation, Customer Information  Management, Territory Management, Effective compensation & remuneration, SFE tools
